Trucker to Trader provides:

- Personal documentation of a real, in-progress trading journey

- Live market breakdown, early bird, and trading-observation sessions

- Educational content on market concepts, including the Opening Range Breakout framework

- The Trader Circle community (waitlist / founding-member access, when opened)

All services are strictly educational, informational, and documentary in nature.

3. No Financial or Trading Advice

You understand and agree that:

- Nothing published by Trucker to Trader is financial, investment, or trading advice

- We do not provide trade signals, alerts, or copy-trading services

- We do not recommend the purchase or sale of any security, futures contract, or financial instrument

- We do not guarantee any profit, outcome, or trading performance

- Live sessions show market preparation and a personal process being studied in real time, including decisions that do not work out — they are not instructions to follow

All content is for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.

4. Risk Disclosure

- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee acceptance into the Trader Circle or any specific access date, pricing, or benefit.

- Details, pricing, and features of the Trader Circle are subject to change prior to launch.

- If and when paid membership becomes available, separate membership terms and pricing will apply.

6. Client / User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate information in all forms

- Use the educational content responsibly and at your own discretion

7. Payment Terms

If any paid offering is introduced (e.g., Trader Circle membership), payment must be completed before access is granted. Pricing and packages may change at any time without prior notice.
